DADAstrology ft Liz Vazquez: An Astrological Approach To Film

The filmmaker and astrologer TALKTALKTALKS origins, inspiration & their unique approach to filmmaking

Liz Vazquez is an LA born filmmaker and writer who draws astrology charts for their characters to bring them to life. As a consulting astrologer, they use the language of story and sky to empower their clients by helping them map their personal narrative. From 2021-2022, they wrote monthly horoscopes for the Philosophical Research Society (PRS), where they held the position of astrologer-artist in residence. 

It’s here, at PRS, where I met Liz when they attended my astro workshop. I kept calling on them to participate because I’m humble enough to know when someone knows more than me. Liz is a fine astrologer with a talent for making the technically complicated comprehensible — and someone who genuinely cares about people. 

Which is why it’s been a delight getting to know them.
