2026 Prediction: The Myth of the Twelve-Month Story
Why 2026 is more than a single forecast—and how to navigate the multiple timelines you're already living.
My prediction for 2026 is that—like any other—the year will bring its own set of challenges; some more dynamic and explosive than others.
Before I panic over everyone else’s astrological forecasts, I’m reminding myself that our lives stretch far beyond a single day, a single year—or even a single lifetime. In every moment, we are living out multiple timelines simultaneously:
The Mars timeline (roughly 2 years)
The Venus timeline (roughly 8 years)
The Jupiter timeline (roughly 12 years)
The Saturn timeline (roughly 29 years)
The Biography of Time
To isolate the “year ahead” is like watching a biography—fast-forwarding to the middle—and turning it off after twenty minutes. We might catch the protagonist at a low point—heartache, the loss of a job, a significant death—but without the rest of the film, we have no context.
We can neither understand the depth of the tragedy nor know how the story will eventually play out. There is little use in predicting a “year” when our personal rhythms rarely resolve within a tidy, 12-month window.
What stories are currently unfolding in your own life? Which feel like they’re coming to a close? Which have just begun to unravel?
The Logic of the Linger
At the same time, every year is comprised of four seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each has its own logic and directives. In terms of astrological timing, January 1st is an arbitrary start date, yet it always falls during Capricorn season—the first triad of winter.
Children of the Northern Hemisphere: this is a time for rest and regeneration—a time for reflecting on the past and dreaming up the future.
Before you push into action on January 1st, I encourage you to linger a little longer. Take stock of the narratives weaving through your life and let this wisdom gestate.
The Architecture of Winter
The first two portions of winter, Capricorn and Aquarius, are ruled by Saturn, the agriculture god of death, whose sickle clears the dead land to make room for fresh life. In Capricorn season, we reckon with which parts of our lives are best given over to the compost. Aquarius season, and the stillness of mid-winter, offers us the perspective needed to build the scaffolding for a new reality.
Finally, Pisces season, the domain of wise and benevolent Jupiter, provides space for meditation and integration before spring calls us into action once more.
In March, like tiny shoots bursting through fresh soil, we too will awaken from our hibernation to step back into our lives, carrying the knowledge that we are always in the heart of many unfolding chapters.
End-of-Year Reading Special: Astrology As Creative Prompt
If you’re seeking guidance during this period of meaning-making, I’m offering a limited number of interactive reading packages for the season. Over the course of three sessions, we will explore your life through a blend of astrological wisdom and creative inquiry—identifying the narratives calling for release while nurturing those that seek to break forth in spring.
Going beyond a standard forecast, this offer includes:
Three Interactive Readings — A dedicated container designed to be used within the first six months of the year.
A Unique Approach — A rhythmic combination of divinatory wisdom and creative play.
Deep Integration — A process that challenges you to refine your goals using custom writing prompts and meditations.
Because this is a limited and unique offering, the package is priced at $575—significantly lower than my standard reading rates.
